TNT TREATS: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

In line with TNT's vision to provide better services for you, we have made adjustments to our Loyalty Program.

TNT Subscribers now earn one (1) Loyalty Point for every P25 load/ top up made to his/her TNT number.

How do I register to the TNT Treats Loyalty Program

TNT subscribers may register by doing the following:

  • Text TREATS<space>First Name/Middle Initial/Last Name to 9800 for FREE.

How do I earn Loyalty points?

  • TNT subscribers can earn one (1) point for every P25 they top up or load to their mobile number.

How do I know how much points I earned?

  • You can find out how many Treats points you have by texting POINTS to 9800

Can I earn points even if I have not activated my TNT Treats account yet?

  • No, You need to activate your account first before points are credited to your mobile number.

When will my points be credited to my account?

  • Loyalty Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours upon successful top-up/reload or bills payment made.

  • TNT will not be liable for lost or misused points or mobile vouchers
  • Loyalty Points earned are valid for one (1) year from the day it is credited to your account.
  • (e.g Points earned from January 1-31, 2016 will expire on January 31, 2017)
  • An SMS reminder will also be sent to subscribers on the first week of the month when the Loyalty Points will be expiring to ensure that subscribers get to enjoy their TNT Treats.

What items can I redeem using my Loyalty Points?

  • To view list of treats, you may either do the following:
    • Go to TNT Treats catalog here
    • Text ITEMS to 9800 to see the list of categories you can choose TNT Treats items from.

How do I redeem my TNT Treats items?

  • To redeem Treats, text REDEEM <space> <keyword> to 9800.
  • (e.g REDEEM JCHIX to 9800)
  • You may also redeem rewards through your MyTreats account.

How will I know the validity period of the item that I redeemed?

  • Validity period for each Treats item is different. It will depend on the aggreement of TNT with its partner merchant. Validity period is indicated in the SMS or Email confirmation of the treats item once redeemed.

What if I erased the SMS that contains the mobile code?

  • You can retrieve the SMS by sending REFETCH to 9800 for free. All unused mobile codes will be sent to you via SMS after that and these are the ones you can present to the partner merchant

  • (e.g REFETCH to 9800)

Can I redeem items even if I have not activated my TNT Treats account yet?

  • No. You have to activate your account first so points are credited to your mobile number before you can redeem Treats items.

Can I transfer rewards items to other subscribers?

  • Yes, you can redeem Lifestyle Rewards items and transfer it to your friends of the same brand by texting: REDEEM <space> <item keyword> <space> <mobile number of recipient> to 9800.
  • (e.g.REDEEM BC100 0918XXXXXXX)

Can a linked member account transfer rewards items to a different account?

  • Yes. The Parent account will receive a notification and should reply either of the following:
    • “YES” to allow the transfer within 24 hours or
    • “NO” to reject within 24hours.

What items are NOT available for Pasa Rewards?

  • Items in the following categories are not available for Pasa Rewards transactions: Mobile Perks and Exclusive Deals.

Can I transfer Treats items even if I have not activated my TNT Treats account yet?

  • No. You have to activate your TNT Treats account before you can transfer Treats items to your friends.

How do I transfer points?

  • You can transfer Treats Points to another subscriber by sending the keyword: PASAPOINTS <spae> recipient mobile number; <space> number of points to 9800.
  • (e.g. PASAPOINTS 09189191199 500 to 9800)

Can I transfer points to other Smart or Sun subscribers?

  • Yes, you can transfer Loyalty points to all brands (SMART to SUN, SMART to TNT, TNT to SMART, SUN to TNT).

Will I be charged for the Pasa Point transaction?

  • No. You will not be charged for each Pasa Point transaction.

When will the transferred points be credited to my account?

  • Crediting of points transferred from another account is within 24hours upon successful transfer.

Can I transfer points even if I have not activated my TNT Treats account yet?

  • No, You need to activate your TNT Treats account before you can transfer your Loyalty Points to your friends.

I changed my number. Will my points be transferred to my new number?

  • Upon changing numbers, previous Points balance will only be transferred to the new number via Pasa Points.
  • (e.g.PASA POINTS <space> Your New Number <space> Amount of Points)

    If subscriber lost his/her SIM Card, there will be no way for him/her to transfer his/her old Loyalty Points to his/her new number

Can a linked member account transfer points to a different account?

  • Yes, the parent account will receive a notification and should reply either of the following:
    • “YES” to allow the transfer within 24 hours or
    • “NO” to reject the transfer within 24hours.

When will my points received from Pasa Points expire?

  • Loyalty Points received via PASA POINTS are valid for 30 days only upon receipt.

Can I use my points to make bills payment?

  • Yes, you can use your points to pay your SUN, SMART or PLDT Postpaid bills. You need to set a PIN first before you can make any bills payment transaction for the first time.

    Note: Points credited as bills payment cannot be requested for reversal/deletion and are non-transferrable to another account.

How do I create a PIN?

  • To set a PIN text: PIN <space> SET <space> <4digit PIN> to 9800.

Example: PIN SET 0723 to 9800

How do I pay my bills using points?

  • Once PIN is created, you can start paying your Postpaid bills by texting the following:
  • For Smart BILL Payments : Text PAY SMART <Account Number of the Smart> <Peso Amount> <PIN> to 9800.
  • For PLDT BILL Payments: Text PAY PLDT <Account Number of the PLDT> <Peso Amount> <PIN> to 9800.
  • For SUN BILL Payments: Text PAY SUN <Account Number of the SUN> <Peso Amount> <PIN> to 9800.

Example: PAY PLDT 1234567890 1789 0723 to 9800.

Note: Please ensure that the account number entered is valid(You make check on your SOA/ Bill). Pay transaction is non-reversible upon successful credit to biller's account.

How will I know if payment is successful?

  • The account holder will receive a payment confirmation within 48hours via SMS if it was successfully processed.

How do I reset my PIN?

  • To reset your PIN, text PIN RESET <space>old PIN<space>new PIN to 9800.

(e.g.): PIN RESET 0723 7239 to 9800

Can a linked member account use points to make bills payment?

  • Yes, the parent account will receive a notification and should reply either of the following:
    • “YES” to allow the transfer within 24 hours or
    • “NO” to reject the transfer within 24hours.

Can I pay my bills with points even if I have not activated my TNT Treats account yet?

  • No. You should activate your TNT Treats account first before you can use your points as bills payment

How do I link my TNT Treats accounts?

  • To link an account, you should text the keyword: LINK <space> mobile number of Leader Account<space>mobile number of Member Account to 9800.

Example: LINK 0919XXXXXXX 0918XXXXXXX

Note: The subscriber who triggers the linking is considered the Leader Account. Subscribers who are linked to a Leader Account are the Member accounts. Member accounts should reply “YES” to proceed with the linking or “NO” to reject within 24hours.

How many accounts can I link in a group?

  • The leader account can enroll up to 4 Member Accounts to his/her group.

What will happen to the Treats points of the linked accounts?

  • Upon successful linking, all linked accounts will combine all earned Treats points and will have a shared wallet under the Leader Account.

Can a member account initiate a link request?

  • No. Only the Leader Account can link accounts.

Can I link an account that has not yet activated his/her TNT Treats account yet?

  • No. You should activate your TNT Treats account before you an link to an account.

Can I link an account that is already linked to another group?

  • No. Accounts can only be linked to one group at a time.

What transactions can a Member account do?

  • Member accounts can redeem, transfer points and transfer rewards, but only with the Leader Account's approval.

Can I change the leader account?

  • No, the Leader Account cannot be changed.

Can I link my TNT account to a Smart/ SUN account?

  • Yes, you can link accounts across all brands (SMART to SUN, SMART to TNT, TNT to SMART, SUN to TNT).

How do I unlink an account?

  • Only leader account can unlink an account by texting: UNLINK <space>mobile number of Leader Account<space>mobile number of Member Account to be unlinkd to 9800.

e.g. UNLINK 0919XXXXXXX 0918XXXXXXX

Note: Member account should reply “YES” to proceed with the unlinking or “NO” to reject within 24hours.

What will happen to the points of the unlinked accounts?

  • Once unlinked, all Treats Points will remain with the leader account.

How do I stop receiving TNT Treats SMS notification from 9800?

  • You can opt out from receiving TNT Treats-related SMS notifcations by texting OFF to 9800.
  • You will still continue to earn Treats points but you will not be receiving any notifications on new Treats from TNT. You will still be receiving monthly notifications on expiring points to remind you to use your earned Treats Points

I have opted out from receiving alerts, how do I receive TNT Treats alerts again?

  • You can opt in to receive TNT Treats-related SMS notifications again by texting ON to 9800.
