ACTIVATE TREATS ACCOUNT

  1. You can activate your TNT Treats account by texting:
    Treats<space>First Name/Middle Initial/Last Name to 9800
    e.g.TREATS Juan/V/Cruz to 9800

  2. Earning of points only begins once you have activated your TNT Treats account

EARN & KEEP TRACK!

  1. The TNT Treats program allows you to earn points by topping up or reloading through retailers and/or call and text cards. For every P25 load, you earn One (1) TNT Treats point.

  2. Text POINTS and send to 9800 to check points.

  3. Points earned are valid for 1 year from the day they are credited to the subscriber. (Example: Points earned on January 2017 expires on January 2018). Every end of the month, points that have not been used in one year will be forfeited.

  4. We encorage you to check the status of your points regularly.

  5. TNT may, at its own discretion, inform you of the current status of your points balance, including information regarding its expiry, via SMS broadcast, sent from time to time.

REDEEM & ENJOY!

  1. The TNT Treats Program offers various rewards items grouped into categories listed below. The full list of TNT Treats may be viewed here in the TNT Treats Catalog.
      1. Mobile Rewards
        Mobile Rewards are TNT’s voice, text and internet promos that you can avail in exchange of your points.

      2. Lifestyle Rewards
        Lifestyle Rewards are items or services sourced from partner Merchants that you can also avail in exchange of your points. TNT Treats offers a variety of food, entertainment, travel, beauty, health & fitness, and other goods and services from which you can choose from. Required points for Lifestyle Rewards vary depending on the item.

      3. Exclusive Deals
        TNT Treats offers other special promotions and discounts from partner Merchants which you can also avail of without deducting from your points.
  2. To redeem any of these Treats, simply text REDEEM<space>keyword to 9800. To view the list of keywords, you may either:
      1. Go to the Treats Catalog by clicking here.

      2. Text ITEMS to 9800 (which will provide you the list of categories and keywords to choose from via

      3. You may redeem your Treats through your My Treats account.

  3. Just in case you accidentally delete the message that contains the mobile code or promo code needed to claim an item, you can retrieve it by sending REFETCH to 9800 for FREE. All unused mobile codes will be sent to you via SMS after.

TNT will not be liable for Lost or misused points or mobile vouchers

PASA POINTS

  1. The “Pasa Points” feature allows you to transfer points to other Smart, Sun, TNT and Infinity subscribers.

  2. To transfer points, text: PASAPOINTS <space> recipient mobile number <space> number of points to 9800.
    e.g. PASAPOINTS 09081234567 500

  3. When the Pasa Points transaction is successful, both the transferor and transferee will receive an SMS notification from 9800 confirming the successful transfer and crediting of points.

  4. Please take note of the following:

    • Points may only be transferred to other Smart, Sun, TNT, and Infinity Subscribers who have activated Smart Perks.
    • If you are a Member account of a linked group, the Pasa Points request will need confirmation from the Leader account.
    • All successfully transferred points will be valid for only 30 calendar days.

PASA REWARDS

  1. The “Pasa Rewards” feature allows you to redeem Lifestyle Rewards and gift these to other Smart, Sun, TNT or Infinity subscribers.

  2. To do a Pasa Rewards transaction, text: REDEEM <space> keyword <space> mobile number of recipient to 9800.
    e.g. REDEEM BC100 0998XXXXXXX

  3. When the Pasa Rewards transaction is successful, both the transferor and transferee will receive an SMS notification from 9800 confirming the successful transfer and crediting of Rewards.

  4. Please take note of the following:
    • Rewards may only be transferred to other Smart, Sun, TNT, and Infinity Subscribers who have activated their Smart Perks, TNT Treats and Sun Rewards accounts.
    • If you are a Member account of a linked group, the Pasa Rewards request will need confirmation from the Leader account.
    • Items in the following categories are not available for Pasa Rewards transactions: Mobile Perks and Exclusive Deals.

LINKED ACCOUNTS

  1. You can link with other Smart, Sun, TNT and Infinity subscribers to pool all your TNT Treats points and have a shared points wallet under the Leader’s account.

  2. To link accounts, text: LINK <space> mobile number of Leader Account <space> mobile number of Member Account to 9800.
    e.g. LINK 0998XXXXXXX 0908XXXXXXX

  3. The subscriber who triggers the linking is considered the Leader account. Subscribers who are linked to a Leader account are the Member accounts.

  4. Member accounts must confirm the linking request from the Leader account before the transaction is processed. An SMS from 9800 will be sent to the Member account with instructions.

  5. Important reminders for linked accounts:

    • All linked accounts will pool all earned Loyalty Points and will have a shared wallet under the Leader account.

    • Upon successful linking, all linked accounts will follow the Leader account’s tier and earning rate.

    • Approval from the Leader account is required before any Member account can redeem, transfer points, transfer rewards and pay bills with points.

UNLINK an ACCOUNT

  1. To unlink accounts, text: UNLINK <space> mobile number of Leader Account <:space> mobile number of Member Account to be unlinked to 9800.
    e.g. LINK 0998XXXXXXX 0908XXXXXXX

  2. The linked Member account will receive an SMS from 9800 to confirm unlinking.

  3. Upon successful unlinking, the unlinked account will revert to individual points earning.

PAY WITH YOUR POINTS

  1. Pay for your Smart, Sun or PLDT bills using your TNT Treats Loyalty Points. One Loyalty Point is equivalent to P1 Payment.

  2. You need to set a PIN first before you can make any bills payment transaction for the first time.

  3. To create your PIN, text PINSET<4-digit PIN> to 9800. (Ex. PIN SET 1234).

  4. To reset your PIN, text PINRESET to 9800. (Ex. PIN RESET 1234 5678)

  5. Once your PIN has been set, you can now pay for your bills. See instructions below:

      1. To pay for your SMART Bill: Text PAY <space> SMART& lt;space> Account Number of the Smart Bill< ;space> Peso Amount <space> PIN to 9800.

      2. To pay for your SUN Bill: Text PAY <space> SUN <space> Account Number of SUN Bill <space> Peso Amount <space> PIN to 9800.

      3. To pay for your PLDT Bill: Text PAY <space> PLDT <space> Account Number of PLDT Bill <space> Peso Amount <space> PIN to 9800.

      4. You will receive a confirmation of your payment request via SMS within 48 hours.

  6. Some important reminders:
    • Please ensure that the account number entered is valid. Pay transactions are non-reversible and non-transferrable upon successful request.
    • PIN should be in a 4-digit and numeric format.
    • If you are a Member account of a linked group, the payment request will need confirmation from the Leader account.
