Saya Bonding Raffle Promo (the “Raffle”).
Why we collect and process your personal data
Get a chance to win group quality time with TNT’s endorsers when you purchase or subscribe to
eligible products and services and join the promo.
To join, we will process your personal data, such as your mobile number, usage information, and
regional location so that we may:

Process your registration to the raffle promo by sending “TNT25” to 5858 via
SMS.

Generate the corresponding digital raffle entries that you earn when you purchase qualified
offers.

Draw the raffle winners through an electronic raffle.

Inform winners through a phone call from an authorized Smart representative and a formal
notice sent to their preferred delivery address.

Arrange the group quality time with TNT’s endorsers with the winners and their
companions. Note that the companion should also be a TNT subscriber. Should the winners and
their companions travel via air or sea to be able to attend the event, we may request
additional information for us to arrange the transportation.
Only the registered owners of the SIMs are eligible to participate in the group quality time with TNT
endorsers. When we validate the eligibility and identity of winners and their companions, we may use
the information that has been provided to us during SIM registration.
We also intend to publish the list of Promo winners on our TNT social media pages on Facebook,
Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube. If you do not wish to be featured on our social media posts, or,

Why your personal data is shared
In case you win any of the prizes in the raffle draw, we will also share the name, mobile number, and
address with the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”) in compliance with The
Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Your Personal Data will be used by DTI to
safeguard your consumer rights. As the executive department of the Philippine Government that
oversees the implementation of trade and consumer protection laws, the DTI is tasked to oversee the
handling of sales promotions such as this Promo.
When your Personal Data is shared, we ensure that it is done on a confidential basis, through secure
channels, and in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Only personnel with a
need-to-know will have access to your Personal Data.
How your personal data is protected
The integrity, confidentiality, and security of your personal data is important to us. This is why we
strictly enforce this Privacy Notice within SMART and have implemented technical, organizational,
and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized or
fraudulent access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, and other unlawful activities. Your personal data
is also protected from other natural and human dangers.
Personal data relating to your participation in the Promo will be retained only until after the last
announcement of winners on April 19, 2025.
Your Rights and Choices
The Data Privacy Act gives you certain rights to your personal data. Subject to exceptions under the
law, you are entitled to request:

contact details provided below. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the
processing that was carried out before you withdrew your consent or SMART’s right to continue
parts of the processing based on other legal bases than your consent. If, however, we have not
provided you with another legal basis justifying the processing of your personal data in this
privacy statement, we will stop the processing and delete your personal data.

before we effect any requested changes to your personal data.

with the National Privacy Commission or to make a claim against us with a competent court (either in
