To join, we will process your personal data, mobile number, so that we may:

Confirm your participation when you register to join the raffle by sending “RAFFLE” to
5858. When you join the raffle, you agree for SMART to use your SIM registration information,
specifically your full name, complete address, and date of birth, to register you in the raffle
draw and verify your identity when you claim your prize if you win.

Generate the corresponding digital raffle entries that you earn with your purchases or
subscriptions. You may check the number of entries that you have earned through the TNT’s
SayaOke Raffle Page.

To inform raffle winners. If you win, an authorized Smart representative will call you
through your registered mobile number to validate your identity and ask for your residential
address so that we can send you the formal notice via registered mail and arrange the claiming
or delivery of your prize.

Facilitate the claiming of prizes. Only the registered owners of the SIM are eligible to
claim the prizes. When we validate your identity, we will use the information you have provided
to us when you registered your SIM. To claim prizes, winners must provide the following
documents:

Photocopies of two valid government-issued IDs

Screenshot or scanned photo of SMS confirmation sent by TNT.

Screenshot or scanned photo of registered mail or email sent to the winner.
Raffle prizes may be claimed at the following locations:

Cash prizes may be claimed at the UnionBank branch near you.

Content creator kits may be delivered to your registered address or may be claimed at
the nearest SMART store nationwide.

Motorcycles may be claimed at Sunra Showroom in BGC or their warehouse in Pasig City.
If winner is from North Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao provinces: TNT to coordinate with
said winner on best way to deliver unit to him/her.
We also intend to publish the list of Promo winners on our TNT social media pages on Facebook,
Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube. If you do not wish to be featured on our social media posts, or,

Why your personal data is shared
In case you win any of the prizes in the raffle draw, we will also share the name, mobile number, and
address with the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”) in compliance with The Consumer Act of the
Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Your Personal Data will be used by DTI to safeguard your
consumer rights. As the executive department of the Philippine Government that oversees the
implementation of trade and consumer protection laws, the DTI is tasked to oversee the handling of
sales promotions such as this Promo.
We have engaged the services of Sterling Global Call Center Inc. (“Sterling Global”) to contact the
winners of physical prizes and inform them on how to claim their prizes.
We may also disclose the information of winners with Union Bank of the Philippines (“UnionBank”) to
arrange the pickup of the check at their preferred UnionBank branches. Winners may be asked to
provide documents, such as valid government-issued IDs and the formal notice letter from SMART
before releasing checks.
When your Personal Data is shared, we ensure that it is done on a confidential basis, through secure
channels, and in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Only personnel with a
need-to-know will have access to your Personal Data.
How your personal data is protected
The integrity, confidentiality, and security of your personal data is important to us. This is why we
strictly enforce this Privacy Notice within SMART and have implemented technical, organizational,
and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized or
fraudulent access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, and other unlawful activities. Your personal data
is also protected from other natural and human dangers.
Personal data relating to your participation in the Promo will be retained only until after the last
announcement of winners on January 9, 2027.
Your Rights and Choices
The Data Privacy Act gives you certain rights to your personal data. Subject to exceptions under the
law, you are entitled to request:

Access to the personal data we process about you;

Rectification of your personal data if it is found to be outdated, inaccurate, or
incomplete;

Erasure when it is no longer needed to achieve the legitimate purpose of its processing;

To the extent that the processing of your Personal Information is based on your consent, you have the
right to withdraw such consent at any time by contacting our Data Privacy Officer through the
contact details provided below. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the
processing that was carried out before you withdrew your consent or SMART’s right to continue parts
of the processing based on other legal bases than your consent. If, however, we have not provided
you with another legal basis justifying the processing of your personal data in this privacy
statement, we will stop the processing and delete your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, you may get in touch with our Data Privacy Officer through the
contact details indicated below. In some instances, we may request supporting documents or proof
before we effect any requested changes to your personal data.
If, despite our commitment and efforts to protect your personal data, you believe that your data
privacy rights have been violated, we encourage you to come to SMART first so that we can work
together to resolve your complaint. You have the right at all times to register a complaint directly
with the National Privacy Commission or to make a claim against us with a competent court (either in
the country where you live, the country where you work or the country where you deem that data
privacy law has been infringed).
