General Rules

• Only TNT Subscribers are eligible to join the Raffle Promo.

  • The following are NOT eligible to join the raffle promotion:

    • All employees of PLDT Inc., Smart Communications Inc. (Smart), including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promotion.

    • Prepaid Home Wi-Fi subs

    • Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid, Smart Signature, Smart Postpaid (non-signature) Smart Bro Postpaid subscribers

    • Infinity subscribers

    • Agency partners of Smart/TNT

    • Company-issued or registered SIMs

    • Tourists

• Raffle entries will be credited for every Qualified Hero Offer registration.

• There are no maximum entries that can be earned by a TNT subscriber for a given week.

• Raffle entries accumulated may be seen via the TNT’s webpage (See Mechanics No. 6 below).

• Raffle entries will be reflected 24hours within registering to the Qualified Hero Offer.

1. A TNT Subscriber will be invited to join the TNT Surepresa Raffle (the “Raffle Promo”) either through SMS or through TNT’s marketing materials. The invite message will include the Terms and Conditions, Data Privacy Notice, as well as instructions to text SUREPRESA to 5858 should they like to participate and allow TNT to receive their Complete Name, Complete Address, and Date of Birth encoded in their SIM Registration application.

2. A subscriber will only be qualified to start earning raffle entries upon successful and confirmed registration.

3. Any and all availment of Qualified Hero Offers prior to a TNT subscriber’s successful and confirmed registration will not be qualified to earn any raffle entries.

4. To earn raffle entries, subscribers must register to any of the Qualified Hero Offer in any channel from October 10, 2025 to January 1, 2026. Please see below the number of entries provided per offer:

5. Registered subscribers can win repeatedly every week in the weekly raffle draws.

   • Earned raffle entries will be accumulated each week (see schedule below) and qualified for the weekly draw date for the current week.

   • Every seven days, all earned raffle entries for the covered period of the previous week shall be reset to zero for all subscribers registered to the promo.

   • If a mobile identification number (MIN) is drawn more than once, the registered subscriber shall get the prize of higher value.

6. For the Grand Draw, all the raffle entries earned by the registered subscribers throughout the promo period will be included.

7. A subscriber may inquire about the number of his/her valid raffle entries by logging into his/her account on the Smart App or by checking TNT’s Surepresa Raffle Page.

8. Qualified MINs shall be extracted on draw dates in the tables below. Smart’s Marketing representative/s and a DTI representative/s shall draw the winners as scheduled:

On December 10, 2025 until January 1, 2026, qualified TNT subscribers can purchase any of the participating promos for this TNT PASKO REWARD campaign via any loading channel within the campaign period and they will receive an SMS prompt to text CLAIM to 5858 to receive their surprise reward.

Mechanics

• All TNT subscribers can participate as long as they are:

  • Have texted SUREPRESA to 5858 since October 10, 2025; or

  • Registers/will register to the SUREPRESA to 5858 during this campaign’s campaign period

• Once a subscriber is qualified to participate, they can avail any of the participating promos via any loading channel within the campaign period, and they will receive a text prompt to text CLAIM to 5858 to receive their surprise reward.

• Example Customer Experience:

  • TNT subscriber registers on December 10, 2025.

  • Subscriber avails SAYA ALL 99 on December 11, 2025.

  • On the same day, the subscriber will receive a text from TNT to notify them that they are qualified to receive a surprise reward and that they’ll just have to text CLAIM to 5858 to do so.

  • Subscriber texts CLAIM to 5858 a few minutes after purchasing SAYA ALL 99

  • Subscriber will receive a surprise Viu Voucher as a surprise reward from TNT.

Additional Conditions

1. For each valid transaction that a qualified subscriber makes, that is, for purchases of any of the participating promos via any purchase channel within the campaign period, the qualified subscriber is entitled to receive a surprise reward.

2. After a qualified subscriber has successfully purchased a participating promo, they will have 24 hours right after the corresponding purchase transaction to claim their reward by texting CLAIM to 5858. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility to receive the surprise reward for the corresponding promo purchase transaction.

3. For any tangible surprise rewards such as devices, an SMS notification will still be provided to the winning subscriber immediately wherein instructions and expectations will be laid out on how the reward can be redeemed. TNT will reach out to the winning subscriber for its first callout within 7 days of the subscriber’s winning.

4. Any qualified subscriber can participate multiple times in this campaign during its campaign period.

5. For consecutive registrations of participating promos made less than 24 hours apart:

   • If the subscriber redeems the surprise reward before making the 2nd promo registration, then:

     • They will get an SMS prompt to text CLAIM to 5858 to claim their surprise reward for that 2nd promo purchase

     • They can claim the corresponding surprise reward for that 2nd promo purchase within 24 hours after the corresponding transaction was made

   • If the subscriber did not redeem the surprise reward before making their 2nd (or more) promo registration, then:

     • They will not get an SMS prompt to text CLAIM to 5858 to claim their supposed surprise reward for that 2nd (or more) promo purchase

     • Even if they text CLAIM to 5858 after making the 2nd promo registration, the reward that they will receive will only be for the first promo purchase made – assuming that the claim attempt was still within the 24 hour allowance to claim the surprise reward for the initial promo purchase transaction.

     For example, a subscriber plans on registering to SAYA ALL 99 and PANALO 30 in a single day. The subscriber should register to SAYA ALL 99 first then text CLAIM to 5858 to receive the first reward. Then, the subscriber should register to PANALO 30 next then text CLAIM to 5858 to get the second reward. If a subscriber registers to SAYA ALL 99 and immediately registers to PANALO 30, then the subscriber will not receive an SMS prompt to claim the surprise reward for the PANALO 30. And if they still texted CLAIM to 5858, then they’ll receive a surprise reward for the SAYA ALL 99 transaction and not for the PANALO 30 transaction – assuming that the claim attempt was still within the 24 hours allowance for the SAYA ALL 99 transaction.

6. For each promo group, the rewards are selected at random for each qualified subscriber wherein each subscriber has the same chances of getting a particular surprise reward for the corresponding promo group as everyone else.

7. For fairness, the following are NOT eligible to join the promotion:

   • All employees of PLDT Inc., Smart Communications Inc. (Smart), including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promotion.

   • Prepaid Home Wi-Fi subs

   • Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid, Smart Signature, Smart Postpaid (non-signature) Smart Bro Postpaid subscribers

   • Infinity subscribers

   • Agency partners of Smart/TNT

   • Company-issued or registered SIMs

   • Tourists

8. Smart reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to withhold or cancel rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or system error.

9. Surprise rewards are non-exchangeable and not convertible to cash.

Contacting the Winners of Devices

Winners of devices will be contacted and validated via call-out from an authorized Smart/TNT Call-out/Customer Care officer using a Smart/TNT special number (7777 or *888) to the details they provided during their registration. They must provide a valid ID as proof of identification after the successful validation and notification from Smart/TNT via call-out.

1. All TNT subscribers are eligible to join the Raffle Promo.

2. The following are NOT eligible to join the raffle promotion:

   • All employees of PLDT Inc., Smart Communications Inc. (Smart), including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promotion.

   • Prepaid Home Wi-Fi subs

   • Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid, Smart Signature, Smart Postpaid (non-signature) Smart Bro Postpaid subscribers

   • Infinity subscribers

   • Agency partners of Smart/TNT

   • Company-issued or registered SIMs

3. All qualified entries will be drawn with the supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Representative during the raffle draw dates.

4. Smart reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to subscribers with raffle entries that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system of weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

5. Announcement of winners will be done via digital posts on social media or campaign webpage. Winners will also be notified via callouts or SMS.

6. All raffle prizes must be claimed within 90 days from receipt of registered notice, otherwise prizes will be forfeited in favor of Smart with prior approval from DTI.

7. Participants have up to 60 days from the end of the promo (i.e., March 2, 2026) to report possible disputes by emailing the official email support. All aspects of the promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.

8. Terms and Conditions governing the use of any TNT products, which are made integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Raffle Promo.

9. For all complaints and queries regarding the promotion, the customer may call the Smart hotline *888 from Monday to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except Holidays.

On December 10, 2025 until January 1, 2026, qualified TNT subscribers can purchase any of the participating promos for the TNT SUREPRESA REWARD campaign (the “Campaign”) via any loading channel within the Campaign Period, and they will receive an SMS prompt to text CLAIM to 5858 to receive their surprise reward.

1. TNT Surepresa Rewards campaign period is from December 5, 2025 to January 1, 2026 (the “Campaign Period”).

2. All TNT subscribers are eligible to join the TNT Surepresa Rewards campaign.

3. A TNT subscriber can receive a TNT Surepresa Reward, if ALL of the following conditions are complied with (hereinafter, the “Qualified Subscriber”):

   • Registration to the TNT SUREPRESA RAFFLE.
     The subscriber is either:

     • Registered already to the ongoing TNT SUREPRESA RAFFLE CAMPAIGN (the “TNT RAFFLE”), i.e., those who have texted SUREPRESA to 5858 from October 10, 2025; or

     • Registers/will register to the TNT RAFFLE during the Campaign Period;

   • 3.2 LOADING OF ANY PARTICIPATING TNT PROMO.
     Once a subscriber is registered to the TNT RAFFLE, he/she can avail of any of the participating promos from the TNT SUREPRESA REWARD CAMPAIGN via any loading channel within the Campaign Period; and

   • 3.3 TEXTING CLAIM TO 5858.
     The subscriber will receive an SMS prompting him/her to text ‘CLAIM’ to 5858 to receive their surprise reward.

     A subscriber must text ‘CLAIM’ to 5858 within 24 hours from the time of purchase to redeem and/or initiate redeeming their surprise reward. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the surprise reward for such purchased promo.

4. TNT subscribers are welcome to join the Campaign as many times as they like during the Campaign Period.

5. The following are NOT eligible to join the Campaign:

   • All employees of PLDT Inc., Smart Communications Inc. (“Smart”), including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity;

   • Smart Home Wi-Fi subscribers;

   • Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid, Smart Bro Postpaid, Smart Signature, Smart Postpaid (non-signature) subscribers;

   • Infinity subscribers;

   • Agency partners of Smart/TNT;

   • Company-issued or registered SIMs;

   • Tourists.

6. For any tangible surprise rewards such as devices and cash, an SMS notification will be provided to the winning subscriber immediately. The SMS notification will provide instructions on how the reward can be redeemed. Smart will reach out to the winning subscriber within 7 days from such SMS announcement.

7. Use of non-TNT rewards (e.g., Honor Of Kings Everything Box Vouchers, MLBB Diamonds Voucher , etc.) shall be governed by its own terms and conditions.

8. Surprise rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, nor convertible to cash.

9. All tangible rewards must be claimed within 90 days from receipt of registered notice, otherwise prizes will be forfeited in favor of Smart.

10. Smart reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to withhold or cancel rewards for entries that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system of weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Smart reserves the right to take necessary legal action or recover any rewards improperly obtained against the TNT Subscriber or any person concerned.

11. Participants have up to 60 days from the end of the promo (i.e., March 2, 2026) to report possible disputes by emailing the official email support. All aspects of the promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.

12. Terms and Conditions governing the use of any TNT products, which are made integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Campaign.

13. Smart reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to review the Campaign Terms and Conditions posted on the TNT Surepresa Page

14. Smart reserves the right to substitute the rewards stated herein with a reward of at least equal or greater value due to, among others, events beyond Smart’s control. Circumstances arising outside Smart’s control mean that it is unable to provide such reward through the method originally offered under the Program.

15. Crediting of the reward or reward-related notifications are subject to possible delays or changes in the mechanics of the Campaign.

16. For all complaints and queries regarding the promotion, the customer may call the Smart hotline *888 from Monday to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except Holidays.

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act, we share with you the principles that govern how your personal data will be collected, processed, and shared as you participate in the TNT Surepresa (the “Promo”).

Why we collect and process your personal data

Get a chance to win gadgets, vouchers, data, and cash of up to 2.5 million pesos when you purchase or subscribe to eligible products and services and join the promo.

To join, we will process your personal data, such as your mobile number, usage information, and regional location so that we may:

1. Confirm your participation when you register to join the raffle by sending “SUREPRESA” to 5858.

2. Generate the corresponding digital raffle entries that you earn with your purchases or subscriptions for the weekly raffle draws. You may check the number of entries that you have earned through https://tntph.com/surepresa2025rafflecheck;

3. Notify you about your rewards when you purchase eligible offers.

4. Process your Surepresa Reward when you send “CLAIM” to 5858.

5. Facilitate the claiming of weekly and grand draw prizes. If you win, an authorized Smart representative will call you through your registered mobile number to validate your identity and ask for your delivery address so that we can send you the formal notice via registered mail and arrange the claiming or delivery of your prize.

Why your personal data is shared

In case you win any of the prizes in the raffle draw, we will also share the name, mobile number, and address with the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”) in compliance with The Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Your Personal Data will be used by DTI to safeguard your consumer rights. As the executive department of the Philippine Government that oversees the implementation of trade and consumer protection laws, the DTI is tasked to oversee the handling of sales promotions such as this Promo.

We have engaged the services of Sterling Global Call Center Inc. (“Sterling Global”) to contact the winners of physical prizes and inform them on how to claim their prizes.

We may also disclose the information of winners with Union Bank of the Philippines (“UnionBank”) to arrange the pickup of the check at their preferred UnionBank branches. Winners may be asked to provide documents, such as valid government-issued IDs and the formal notice letter from SMART before releasing checks.

When your Personal Data is shared, we ensure that it is done on a confidential basis, through secure channels, and in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Only personnel with a need-to-know will have access to your Personal Data.

How your personal data is protected

The integrity, confidentiality, and security of your personal data is important to us. This is why we strictly enforce this Privacy Notice within SMART and have implemented technical, organizational, and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized or fraudulent access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, and other unlawful activities. Your personal data is also protected from other natural and human dangers.

Personal data relating to your participation in the Promo will be retained only until after the last announcement of winners on January 10, 2026.

Your Rights and Choices

The Data Privacy Act gives you certain rights to your personal data. Subject to exceptions under the law, you are entitled to request:

1. Access to the personal data we process about you;

2. Rectification of your personal data if it is found to be outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete;

3. Erasure when it is no longer needed to achieve the legitimate purpose of its processing;

4. Restriction of processing of your personal data in limited circumstances;

5. Portability of your personal data so that you may receive a copy thereof or that we transmit the same to another company on your behalf.

You moreover have a right to object to the processing of your personal data, such as in cases when we process your Personal Information based on our legitimate interests or for purposes requiring your consent. To the extent that the processing of your Personal Information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time by contacting our Data Privacy Officer through the contact details provided below. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before you withdrew your consent or SMART’s right to continue parts of the processing based on other legal bases than your consent. If, however, we have not provided you with another legal basis justifying the processing of your personal data in this privacy statement, we will stop the processing and delete your personal data.

If, despite our commitment and efforts to protect your personal data, you believe that your data privacy rights have been violated, we encourage you to come to SMART first so that we can work together to resolve your complaint. You have the right at all times to register a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission or to make a claim against us with a competent court (either in the country where you live, the country where you work or the country where you deem that data privacy law has been infringed).
